    I've ordered from here multiple times and almost every time there is something wrong with the order. Either an extra side is missing or something is not how the special instructions are supposed to be. I've been very nice about not complaining but I can't how rude and bad customer service was when an item was missing from my order and I called to ask for it. Someone was counting on that for lunch and we got a refund but they won't have a lunch. When I called, a Male answered and then put me on hold and hung up the call. I called back 6 times and nobody picked up again. Honestly, I really love the food here but the customer service is gonna make me stop ordering from here because the order is always wrong. Sorry you're not gonna be on my order list anymore.

    Some of my favorite food in Madison. The atmosphere isn't super welcoming, but they always have fun telenovelas or music videos on and the food is crazy good. Tamales are amazing, but hard to get unless you're there on a weekend. The prices look intimidating, but that's because every dish is easily two full meals, and there really isn't a better leftover.

    Food is ok. The waitstaff however has been rude and disconnected. The place is dirty and it is only 11:30 in the AM. They charge for extra chips after first small SMALL bowl. The prices are also pretty high. I don’t think I will be back. The waitress has made the overall flavor pretty disappointing. I would’ve been a lot happier if she just was patient and less rude. Not mention it’s a long wait with an empty place for ish food.... don’t do it.
